We offer a 30-day money back guarantee to ensure you’re happy with your purchase. Here’s how it works:
1. Eligibility
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a refund if your item doesn’t meet your expectations. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
2. Refund Process
To start a return, please contact us at support@lumenora.co.nz with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
3. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
4. Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 to 7 working days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
5. Exceptions
Personalised items, such as custom plaques, may not be eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

A separate solar panel, so shade is never the problem.
Not every bird bath gets full sun, and that's often on purpose, native birds like a bit of cover nearby. If your AhiSpring already looks after the sunny corner of your garden, RaSpring is built for the shady one.
One cable, two locations.
RaSpring separates the solar panel from the pump. Mount or stake the panel anywhere it catches direct sun, up to 3m away, while the pump itself sits quietly in your bird bath, pot, or basin, wherever that already lives.
A gentle spray, right where your birds already gather.
Nine interchangeable nozzles let you dial in a soft trickle or a fuller spray. Moving water keeps things fresh for visiting tūī, pīwakawaka and korimako, and far less inviting for mosquitoes than a still bowl.
Simple to set up, simple to run.
There's no on/off switch and nothing to wire into the house. Once the panel sits in direct sun, the pump starts on its own, so give it a spot with strong, unobstructed light for the steadiest flow.
Specifications:
- Solar panel: 10V, 6.5W
- Panel-to-pump cable: approx. 3m
- Max water flow: 500L/H
- Fountain height: 60-80cm in strong sun, 30-40cm in weaker light
- Includes: 9 nozzles, mounting bracket + ground stake, float, filter bag
